1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) Standard Members are paid within 30 days Premium Members are paid within 15 days.nDiamond Members are paid within 10 days Ultimate Members are paid within 5 days.nFor Standard Members Fee per Cashout 25%
11) For Standard Members our payout minimum is at $10. For Premium Members our payout minimum is at $5. For Diamond Members our payout minimum is at $3. For Ultimate Members our payout minimum is at $2.
12) For Standard Members 5 ads per 24 hours. For Premium Members 5 ads per 24 hours.For Diamond Members 10 ads per 24 hours. For Ultimate Members 10 ads per 24 hours.
13) For Standard Members 10 Direct Referrals allow. For Premium Members 50 Direct Referrals allow. For Diamond Members 75 Direct Referrals allow. For Ultimate Members 100 Direct Referrals allow.
14) For Standard Members 20 Rent Referrals allow. For Premium Members 100 Rent Referrals allow. For Diamond Members 200 Rent Referrals allow. For Ultimate Members 400 Rent Referrals allow.
15) Members who have not posted a proof of payment on the forum have to wait for their next payment. We are forced to charge a fee of $ 1 If this is not occurring after 5 days
16) As an Upgrade Membership for a given period is given ends, the Direct Referrals returned to the number of the then-current Membership.
17) 50/50 rule: Every member that receive his payout request will have to reinvest at least 50% of his total payout.We will immediately add this amount to your purchase balance to reinvest.
18) Refund Policy: to agree to the Terms Of Services can legally accept: Paid fees and / or invoices are not refundable, for any reasons.
19) To agree to the Terms Of Services you give us permission to use your account for advertising purposes.
